The Client acknowledges that a reservation for services requires an advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the total service cost (the \u201cAdvance Payment\u201d), to be made via credit or debit card in favor of ESPECIALISTAS EN BELLEZA MASCULINA, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (\u201cHomme Luxury Barbers\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By providing credit or debit card information and expressly consenting to the charge, the Client agrees that the appointment may be modified only once and must be done before the closing time of the Homme Luxury Barbers location on the day prior to the scheduled appointment<\/em><\/strong>. If the Client fails to attend the appointment without making the necessary changes as outlined, a conventional penalty equivalent to the total amount of the Advance Payment (50% of the total service cost) will be charged, and Homme Luxury Barbers reserves the right to enforce this penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is understood that Homme Luxury Barbers is not obligated to refund the deposit in the event of a cancellation that violates these terms or in case of a no-show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By entering and accepting the charge on their credit or debit card, the Client expressly agrees to these terms and conditions, releasing Homme Luxury Barbers from any liability related to this matter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
